FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Photo delivery
All selected images are carefully edited and delivered digitally via an online gallery.
The number of images included follows the selected package and can be downloaded from the online gallery.
Additional images are available for purchase individually or as bundles.
When separated galleries are requested, the total number of final images included in the selected package is shared among all galleries and distributed as evenly as possible.
Delivery time:

Payment & Cancellation
Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Sessions and Photo Walk.
A secure payment invoice will be sent to your email address for credit card payment.
For last-minute or next-day sessions, payment in cash before the session may be accepted.
Cancellation policy:

Up to 15 days before the service: full refund

14–10 days before the service: 50% refund

Less than 10 days before the service: no refund
Rescheduling is allowed once, within one week of the original service date.
Cancellations after rescheduling are non-refundable.
A 5% administrative fee applies to all refunds.
Weather & Unforeseen Conditions
Weather can be unpredictable, and conditions may change throughout the day.
Sessions and tours take place in most weather conditions.
In case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we'll discuss adjustments together to ensure safety and quality.
Late Arrival
Please note that late arrival may reduce the effective session or tour time.
Sessions and tours cannot be extended due to delays.
Kimono
Kimono rental is not included in the cost of the service.
You can book the kimono service on your own and use the service you prefer or I can give you some rental shop recommendations.
Please note that the minimum time required to put on the kimono is 45 to 60 minutes, so keep this in mind to be ready before the session starts.
Kimono is not mandatory.
Photo Usage
Photos are intended for personal use only.
Commercial use requires prior agreement.
Editing & Style
Images are edited according to my personal style and visual approach.
Additional retouching requests may be subject to extra fees.
Walking & Pace
Tours and sessions involve walking and standing for extended periods.
Please let me know in advance if you have mobility concerns or special needs.
Privacy
Client privacy is always respected.
Images will not be shared publicly without prior consent.
Respect for Locations
Some locations may have photography restrictions.
I always follow local rules and cultural guidelines.
Photo Walks
Transportation
We will use public transportation such as local trains, subway, and/or taxi during the tour.
Transportation cost is not included.
Start & End Points
The tour will start at your hotel or accommodation, based on your preference, and will conclude at the final location of the itinerary or back at your hotel, whatever feels most convenient for you.
Additional Costs
Entrance fees to temples and meals are not included and will be paid separately.

Designed for small, private groups, up to 5 guests.
